Yes. Timesheets arrive built from clock data; managers review flagged exceptions, approve the rest, and the approval is recorded with the timesheet.
How are kilometre claims handled?
Workers submit KM claims with the shift. Claims appear alongside hours in the manager review and flow into the payroll-ready export — no separate travel spreadsheet.
What happens if a clock-out was missed?
The timesheet flags it as an exception. The worker or manager corrects it with a note, and both the original and the correction stay visible in the record.
