Built because the spreadsheet kept winning

Roster Hub started inside a real Australian support operation — where the roster lived in a spreadsheet, the timesheets lived in another one, the certificates lived in a folder, and payroll week meant detective work.

What we believe

• The record should build itself. If a worker clocked in, that fact should flow to the timesheet, the approval and the export without being typed three more times.
• Problems should surface on the day. A missed clock-in found at payroll is a dispute; found at 7:15am it's a text message.
• Workers deserve simple. The worker app has one job per moment: see the shift, clock in, note what matters, clock out.
• Don't overpromise. Roster Hub prepares payroll-ready records — it doesn't pretend to be your payroll, and it supports your compliance process rather than claiming to be it.

Where we are

We're Australian, the product is built for Australian teams first, and support comes from people in your timezone. The app runs on desktop for managers and iPhone for workers.
