Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

Roster Hub is built around workforce records, so we treat privacy as an operational feature, not fine print. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Account information — name, email address and business details when you create an account or contact us.
  • Workforce records you create — rosters, shifts, timesheets, staff profiles, documents, notes and claims entered by your organisation. Your organisation controls this content.
  • Clock-in/out location snapshots — when a worker clocks in or out, a one-time location snapshot is recorded to confirm the shift. Roster Hub does not continuously track location.
  • Marketing form data — if you join our email list or request a demo, we collect what you submit (name, business, email, team size, the problem you describe) together with your consent.
  • Technical basics — standard logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: rosters, clock-ins, timesheets, documents and exports for your organisation.
  • To respond when you contact us or request a demo.
  • To send product updates and guides only if you have opted in — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the service secure and reliable.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell personal information.
  • We don't use your workforce records for advertising.
  • We don't track workers' movements outside clock-in/out snapshots.

Access control and security

Access inside a workspace is role-based: admins, managers and workers each see what their role requires. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers.

Data export and deletion

Your organisation can export its data, and account deletion is available in-app. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact us at admin@euphoriass.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Third parties

We use a small number of service providers to operate Roster Hub (such as cloud hosting, database infrastructure and, on iPhone, Apple's in-app purchase system for subscriptions). They process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
